Upon entering the apartment, on the left, you find an anteroom with closet and laundry; from here you enter the big bathroom, equipped with tub. 

The bedroom is located on the left and is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a capacious wardrobe. 
Then, you continue into the living room, furnished with a table seating up to 4 people, a 3-seater sofa, TV and stereo, and a comfortable pouf. The open-plan kitchen, fully fitted with modern amenities, overlooks the day area. 

From the living room you access the big terrace, offering ample views of the newly developed area of Porta Garibaldi. 

The apartment is fitted with air conditioning and motorized blackout curtains.

Building and Residenza Porta Nuova
‘Solaria’ is a residential building of exclusive conception, designed by a famous architecture firm of Miami: it is composed of three wings, connected by a central core. 
Being 143 meters high, ‘Solaria’ offers unique views, encompassing Milan city centre, its cutting-edge skyscrapers and, in the background, the Alps. 
Moreover, all the apartments are incredibly bright thanks to the triple exposition and the big balconies with frosted glass balaustrades. 
The building comprises: reception open 24 hours a day, bicycle parking, car drop-off, welcome area for guests and stroller parking. The guests’ security is guaranteed by a modern CCTV-camera system. 

‘Solaria’ is located in the futuristic district of Porta Nuova, the beating heart of the new Milan, between Piazza Città di Lombardia -home to the cutting-edge building of the Lombardy regional government- and Porta Garibaldi railway station. 
All around, you find some of the most important buildings of the urban renewal project: the Unicredit Tower -the tallest Italian skyscraper- Piazza Gae Aulenti, located 6 meters above the street level and stage of key events of Milan fashion and culture, and the Diamond Tower. 
The area was also chosen by Google as its Italian headquarters (at the Zigghurat or Pyramid building, designed by the architect William McDonough). 


The apartment is located between Piazza della Repubblica and Viale della Liberazione, close to Brera, one of the most fashionable districts in Milan, offering plenty of shops, restaurants and cafés. For those wanting a taste of Milan’s nightlife, we also recommend a visit to the nearby Corso Como, famous for its many clubs. 
Moreover, at a stone’s throw you find the Fatebenefratelli hospital and Garibaldi-Isola district, which has recently undergone massive renovations ahead of Expo 2015.

Just around the corner: a supermarket -open every day (included on Sundays), 24 hour a day- a laundry, a pharmacy and a baker’s shop. 
Within 1 km you find three fitness centers: one in Piazza della Repubblica, one in Corso Como and one in Piazza Cavour.

Public transports 
The area is very well served by public transports: in less than 5 minutes you reach both subway stops “Repubblica” (yellow line) and “Garibaldi” (green and purple line), the ‘passante’ railway (blue line) and tramways 29 and 30.
