This splendidly situated home is elegant and inviting. Stepping inside, you enter a hallway, which leads straight to the open-plan living area. This room is impressively decorated, with marble floors and wide windows. It has a contemporary kitchen in one corner, opposite which you’ll spot a glass-topped dining table for eight. Then the sitting room has a white corner sofa and two matching armchairs, and opens onto a balcony through a column-flanked doorway. From there, a staircase runs up to the spectacular roof terrace, where a collection of sofas and tables face some of Rome’s finest sights.
Back in the entrance hall, the master bedroom (which has a double bed and an ensuite) is first along – pale-painted and pared-back, with a few well-chosen artworks. Then through the other two doors you’ll find the second and third bedrooms, both with double beds and ensuite bathrooms.

. –The master bedroom in this home is only accessible through its ensuite bathroom.
–The wifi signal is weak on the roof terrace.
–The communal hallway leading to the apartment’s entrance is shared with a hotel.
–This home does not accept babies, toddlers or children.
–The homeowners’ cleaner will visit every day, except for Sundays, at 10 am or 12 pm for about 2 hours.
–All homes in Rome have a limit on the amount of power that can be used at one time (3 KW). Using too many appliances at the same time can cause a short-circuit.
POLICIES
– Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
–Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
–I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
