LOCATION

Positano has been called the pearl of the Amalfi Coast for its many special characteristics that raise it above all of the other towns on the coast, and we could call Villa Affresco a pearl among the residential properties along this stretch of coast.  Its position allows you to enjoy a unique view of the town of Positano and of the gulf.  From its large terraces you dominate, as if on the captain’s bridge of a ship, the typical whitewashed houses that slope down, one on top of the other, right down to the sea. 

The property is located in a pedestrian area, about 500 meters from Positano, where you will find restaurants and shops. The nearest beach is about 1 km (0.6 miles). You can reach the villa from the street level by going up a 200-meter (660-foot) public walkway that includes about 100 steps.

• Guests must provide a Food and Beverage list (incl. wine, etc.) to the cook before their arrival so that the cook can ensure the kitchen and bar service as soon as the guests arrive. 
• The cook will advance the expense for food and beverage purchasing for the arrival day. 
• Allergies to certain food must be very clearly mentioned well in advance before food purchase. 
• All detailed accounting of the food and beverage expenses will be given to the guests at their arrival and follow up for these expenses will be done at the end of each week. 
• Copy of passport and permanent home address of each guests to be provided prior to check in.

• Cheques and credit cards are not accepted 
• Meals: are required then a food deposit of Euro 1000 (must be paid in advance upon arrival).

BEDROOM & BATHROOM, FIRST FLOOR 

Suite 2: Double bedroom (bed 1.7 x 1.9m) with TV, frescoed ceilings, views to Positano and the sea, access to the terrace, bathroom with tub and separate shower. 

Suite 3: Double bedroom (bed 1.7 x 1.9m) with TV, frescoed ceilings, bathroom with tub and shower. This bedroom is accessed from the terrace or the Suite n. 2. 

Suite 4: Double bedroom (bed 1.7 x 1.9m), with TV, frescoed ceilings, access to the terrace, views to Positano and the sea, bathroom with tub and shower. 

Suite 5: Double bedroom (bed 1.7 x 1.9m), with TV, access to the terrace with table and sun-loungers, views to Positano and the sea, bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and shower. 

Bedroom n. 6: for single occupancy (bed 1.6 1.9m) with private bathroom (shower), best suited for a child. The bedroom does not have a window. 

Lower Floor: (Pool Level) 

The “Romeo and Juliet” is the suite n. 7 with an independent entrance located on the lower floor has an enchanting atmosphere which can be experienced by looking out over the balcony of the suite to admire the wonderful view of Positano. 

Suite 7: double bedroom (bed 1.6 x 1.9m), small bathroom (shower). Walk through this bedroom to access the second double bedroom (bed 1.6 x 1.9m) with balcony and sea views. Access to the garden, the private swimming pool and bar area.  

Swimming pool: 

The pool area has corner bar and full bathroom with shower. The swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long, 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. From the swimming pool, you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the main beach of Positano (Spiaggia Grande), of the coast and of the sea. Equipped with sun-bathing terrace and a corner bar with refrigerator and ice-maker lie on the lowest-level terrace. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October. Please note that the pol can be heated. 

Garden: is partly shaded by olive trees. You will be able to reach it from the swimming pool area (you will find a barbecue area here). 

Laundry room: You will be able to reach the laundry room from the toilet in the pool area. Here you will find a washing machine, a clothes dryer, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. 

Access & parking: You will reach Villa Affresco from the street level going up a 200-meters (660-feet) public walkway that includes approximately some 100 steps. Guests can use a baggage-carrying service (on request – extra cost) both on arrival and on departure. Parking: available for a fee along public roads (the actual distance may vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a private parking in the centre (where it is possible to reserve a space).
